About the challenge

Why is the outdoor industry getting involved?

Hike Bike Paddle  provides the opportunity for the sector to network in an outdoors environment, the chance for the people behind the brands to ‘escape’ from behind their desks and 'live their brands', as well as an authentic way for the industry to create a legacy for vulnerable young people who can't access the outdoors. Furthermore, it’s a great way to promote well being in the work place, build strong teams and engage your staff, create new and interesting social media content as well as position your brand as one which genuinely believes in the ‘power of the outdoors’ and is committed to helping people benefit from getting outside.

What is the challenge?

A multi-discipline one day team challenge event to incorporate an 18km hike or trail run, 50km off-road bike and 2km paddle on a self-built raft.  Participants can complete the whole challenge, 'mix and match' within their teams or choose one element. The challenge day will end with prize giving and a party. A fantastic team building opportunity, a personal challenge for all abilities and the chance to support a charity that is changing the lives of vulnerable young people through the ‘power of the outdoors’.
